How do I place an order?
Easy, add your product to the shopping basket then checkout and make payment by bank card or PayPal. We will send you confirmation with an order number for your reference if you need to give us any more information such as colour choice or any special requests put these details in the "Notes to seller" box.
How long will my order take?
Each order will have a delivery time in the product description, bepsoke made items are within 1-3 weeks.
Payment and Shipping
All our costumes can be sent recorded delivery or 1st class signed for. This ensures that you get your product worry free and there is low risk of the item being lost in transit. There is a small surcharge for these delivery methods so please be aware of this when ordering, When using recorded delivery or 1st class signed for you will receive an email with your tracking number on when it has been sent. We use Royal Mail for this service. Please check Royal Mail for further details.
Aftercare of your costumes Do's and Dont's
It is important to take good care of your costumes, Below are some guidlines for washing and looking after your costumes following any purchase from Phenomenal Dancewear.
DO Wash the item by hand inside or out in the sink. Use cold water. A very little mild detergent. Do not soak embellished clothing in water for more than a few minutes. Use the bathtub or the shower it makes it easier to rinse. Do not twist or wring the embellished garmet. Hang it to air dry. Do not hang outside if its hot. Heat is not adhesives friend. Direct sunlight and heat should be avoided or hot places such as an radiator.
DONT Ever put embellished costumes in the washing machine!, Hot water will cause the glue to disolve and your stones will fall off! do not make this costley mistake.

Vynl Printed Products
DONT Ever iron a vynl printed product without using heatproof paper or protection, this could cause the vynl to melt. Use a very low heat.
Terms and Conditions
Bespoke made to measure costumes
No refunds are given on bespoke made to measure products.
We ask before you purchase that the customer checks that the design, measurements provided and colour(s) of product selected by the customer are correct. All of our costumes are manufactured to order. As we don't hold any stock it is not possible to exchange a product.. Each costume is made to your specific specification.
If there is an issue with your bespoke made to measure product please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss. Each issue will be looked at on an individual basis excluding any issues such as colour(s), measurements already mentioned above. Any design changes are at the cost of the buyer and will be required to pay additional costs for the design changes.
All postage costs are non refundable and are paid by the customer.
Most of the good we offer are bespoke made however, If you need to return a non bespoke item our returns policy is simple. You can return any unused items in a resalable condition (unworn in original packaging with tags attached) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, Bespoke made items and ONSALE/Discounted products are exempt from this. We recommend you return your item by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or mislaid parcels. Postage costs are paid by the customer.
Phenomenal cannot be held responsible for any issues with sizing, all size and measurements can be provided on request. Please ask for more information before ordering.
All orders can take up to 5-6 weeks from payment to delivery. Additionally to the total cost there will also be a delivery fee. This will change dependent on number of items ordered and weight. Standard delivery is £15.00. A separate invoice will be issued for Delivery when the products are ready to be dispatched.
Please check all artwork and additional details thoroughly, once visuals and sizing have been confirmed Phenomenal Dancewear cannot be held responsible for any errors.
Visuals that are produced are in good faith for illustration purposes only, Garment and print colour may not be 100% Accurate.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are generally non refundable including depositis. We will look at cancellations on an individual basis in extreme circumstances.
Refunds are generally non refundable and will be looked at on an individual basis in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Payment Plans are generally non refundable including depositis and payments already made. We will look at cancellations of payment plans on an individual basis in extreme circumstances.
